In Manhattan, with the jury charges that judge will issue, yeah they'll get a conviction.

I suspect that there was some accounting hanky panky .. will be found guilty.. a lot of costly appeals.. but no jail time..

Cleary there was accounting issues, but unless I missed something, the Prosecution failed to show Trump, knew about it. That was all on Cohen to which ge admitted. All I can see Trump being guilty of was signing the checks. I guess that’s enough?

Accounting issuse or tax fraud? Claiming it as a deduction is another thing. Heck if he reached into his pocket and paid the gal with his own money I wouldn't have cared. But putting it down as a business expense is complete BS. But then he thinks he can do that. Most American's paying taxes couldn't use that type of deduction if they wanted too.
As for Cohen he's another sleazy lawyer.
