    The Defense Rests..

…we should have a verdict by the end of the week.

I have changed my tune…even though the Prosecution didn’t establish Trump knew of the accounting of the hush money, likely verdict is guilty.

Yeah, a messy case, which will likely involve appeals in our future (since it impacts all of us in America).

In Manhattan, with the jury charges that judge will issue, yeah they'll get a conviction.

I suspect that there was some accounting hanky panky .. will be found guilty.. a lot of costly appeals.. but no jail time..

He needs to start acting like a former president.. W Bush is a good example..

Cleary there was accounting issues, but unless I missed something, the Prosecution failed to show Trump, knew about it. That was all on Cohen to which ge admitted. All I can see Trump being guilty of was signing the checks. I guess that’s enough?

Why would he? He never acted like a real President while in office

Accounting issuse or tax fraud? Claiming it as a deduction is another thing. Heck if he reached into his pocket and paid the gal with his own money I wouldn't have cared. But putting it down as a business expense is complete BS. But then he thinks he can do that. Most American's paying taxes couldn't use that type of deduction if they wanted too.

As for Cohen he's another sleazy lawyer.

While the supply of sleazy lawyers seems infinite, trump has a distinct talent to surround himself with an endless gaggle of unprofessional, unprincipled lawyers. That should not come as a surprise---why would any principled lawyer stand next to such a POS.
