    Biden is a stutterer.. he has pretty much overcome it but when he gets tired and/or nervous it can reappear.

    Was the video bite an example of the stutter resurfacing? Just curious..

    I would like to ask my niece the doctor but I’m not having my name attached to a forward of that vid..
