tracked perfectly behind the rig. best part is all the gear fits in the cargo box. before we had to load it in the camper when traveling then store it in the truck cab at night. Now we just toss it in the box and lock it. Another plus is not having to haul the suckers up on the roof of the camper.

Eric, I'm curious what fuel mileage you get on the highway, with and without the horsie hotel on the back......Ben

Nice pics. I like the protection you wear when riding the bike.

Totally depend on speed and grade. Truck with camper at 62 I get 13.5 on the flats. With horse trailer 10.5 go fast or on steep grades 10.5 and 8. Of course with horse in tow I'm 45 feet long and weigh 20,000 pounds and have the aerodynamics of a brick.

There's no doubt your Powerstroke gets higher fuel mileage than my mighty Dodge/Cummins...I seem to average somewhere around 14 mpg with 4:10 gears...A little more when it's mostly highway, a little less mostly in town...I should go weigh mine to see what the CAT scale says......Ben
