Wifey and I have a friend in Las Vegas who just took delivery of her Tesla Cyber Truck this week. It'll be interesting to see how she rates it after some use. I'm thinking that the warmer temps in LV will be much better for the performance of it than our colder weather.
I'm considering getting one myself as I believe it'll be considered a classic within a couple of decades.

Hunter, not to be negative but that thing has about as much chance of being a classic as a Vega station wagon
"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty” ---Sir Winston Churchill
"Political extremism involves two prime ingredients: an excessively simple diagnosis of the world's ills, and a conviction that there are identifiable villains back of it all." ---John W. Gardner
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” ---C. S. Lewis
my question is, will it still work a decade from now? and will any replacement parts be available.
it's time to change the air in my head
Understood, on both issues raised above.
Personally, I'm willing to take the risk that the Cybertruck (which I've learned is the correct label) will be a Collectable item. We're not talking huge amounts of money here. I've spent way over its price before for vehicles - if owning and driving them brings me pleasure.

i wasn't commenting on your idea hunter, it was a general question. i get where you are coming from. kinda like the amphercar of the '60's. kinda querky but cool and now those cars can bring triple digits.
however, given how much tesla likes to keep it's parts very vehicle specific, how avalible will parts be in the future? such as if the info-tainment screen goes bad 10 years from now, will tesla or even after market have them available? i am just curious. time will tell my friend.

If you like to drive something that's a head turner it's for you. However it's not for me..

I live 20 miles from the Tesla assembly plant. I see quite a few Cybertrucks. They are Large, ugly, lack visibility, and are useless as a Pick up. they are for insecure men with small johnsons to make them feel in some weird way macho
