I'll stay here at home...The forecast here shows the worst of it should pass through between 1100 and 1400...Winds are from the east mostly, and maybe the new three story eyesore apartment buildings they built directly behind my house for the influx of Californios and Noo Yawkers will be useful after all...I'll know this afternoon...My only real concern is whether electricity and internet will stay intact......Ben

Not to worry---if your lights go out just run over to the Captain's ranch---he will probably be back from his taco run by then

He's been known to have some pretty vicious guard dogs stationed at the outer perimeter stations...I'd better carry a spare can of Vienna sausages to bribe them with, just in case......Ben

Good idea----if the taco shop closes before the Captain gets there those little wieners might be your only hope

I'd feel a whole lot better if we heard from those boys---there is a limit to how much time you can spend hanging out in a taco shop

Nothing to tell, Dave. It was a minor storm here. My weather station reports max winds of 24 MPH, 6.63" of rain. It's still raining and I have been on generator since early afternoon.
