A number of news sources are reporting that Biden is going to announce he's stepping down Sunday, however he will serve out the rest of his term. Interestingly, a number of sources are stating that he is not going to endorse Harris. Looks like they may be headed to one of the liberal governors such as the one in California and the one in Michigan. I guess we'll see

I hope you are correct at least as for Biden and harris.
As it relates to harris, if correct, someone is reading the thoughts of the electors.
As for replacements , I think they would be better served with someone more moderate than the Ca governor. Not sure about Witmer's politics.
