In the United States, millionaires are more likely to be older, with the majority being 55 and older. According to Business Insider, the age distribution of millionaires in 2022 was:
20–29: 0.6%
30–39: 5.1%
40–49: 14.0%
50–59: 24.3%
60–69: 28.1%
70–79: 19.7%
80–89: 7.2%
90+: 1.0%
