    You can't beat it with a stick!

    I just spent more time than I would like to admit in trying to ID a fish using the NOAA Fisheries site. Eventually, I did a photo search using Google---and that is about how long it took Google to give me the answer

    We have a local Greek seafood restaurant that serves it all the time. It's very delicious.
