We had dinner last night at a local Japanese restaurant---which is more than simply the name.
I started with the Seafood soup---and that ended the "cooking" for the evening
I followed with the tuna tartar appetizer and to finish Sashimi, two pieces of raw octopus and a raw diver scallop
My wife had sushi.
Often they have at least one special that draws me in--but not last night. This is the only place that I have had Sea Urchin, something I seldom see on a menu.
