Very simple and very good.

I cut a small zucchini length wise. I then dried the cut surface with a paper towel sprayed EVOO on the surface and sprinkled with with kosher salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, a touch of Creole seasoning and topped with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Then into the air fryer with lamb chops at 400 F for about 12 minutes until the cheese was browning.

I rate this as one of my better experiments and will be repeated.
