There isn't much information about a map of total fertility rates in Russia by ethnic group, but here's some information about fertility rates in Russia:
Overall fertility rate
In 2023, Russia's fertility rate was 1.825 births per woman, which is a 0.05% increase from 2022. This is the lowest rate in 17 years, and a significant drop from the peak rate of 1.78 in 2015.
Fertility rate by area
In 2022, the fertility rate for rural areas was 1.59, which is higher than the 1.36 rate for urban areas.
Fertility rate by religion
The fertility rate for Muslims in Russia is 2.3, which is higher than the overall national fertility rate.
Ethnic groups
Russia's population is made up of many ethnic groups, including Slavs, Tatars, and Ukrainians. Roughly 80% of Russians trace their ancestry to the Slavs.

The demographics of Russia is much different than ours. We are truly a melting pot of seemingly everyone---that isn't the case in many parts of the world.

From what little I could learn the Tatars have a birth rate much higher than Slavic Russians.

This is an interesting subject to me. Russia is far from the only one facing this problem. China and Japan are, I believe, worse off than Russia. The birth rat to sustain a stable population is 2.1 children per woman. Japan's rate in 2022 was 1.26.

Japan's society is both complex and IMHO overbearing---especially to women. I am not dumb enough to meddle in their cultural norms---but the treatment of women in business infuriates me----it makes me want to smack someone Their birth rate does not surprise me one bit. Unlike China and Russia the economic conditions in Japan are not as limiting---although housing is terribly expensive. Their neighbor, South Korea is the lowest of all countries at 0.78.

Most of Europe suffers the same problem and have had very limited success in government programs to increase birth rates.

And----we can't forget the US:

In the United States, the number of births decreased 3 percent from 2022, according to the most recent data collected by the Centers for Disease Control, bringing the rate down to 1.6 births per woman over the course of a lifetime. That’s far below the rate needed to keep the US population at replacement levels.

Not commenting on the birth rate, but did see something about 10 Million jobs available here in the US.

Which is good for two reasons, Fred.

1) I was dead wrong saying last Winter we're heading into a Recession.

2) Our economy is still viable and growing.

Side note - when USA economy is good, incumbent politicians are favored.
