In response, Taylor Greene said Republicans did not “deserve” to control the House. “Mike Johnson is not our Speaker,” she said. “He is the Speaker for the Democrats,” she told Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast. “I share the anger and frustration, and I don’t think Republicans deserve to be re-elected to hold the majority," the Georgia representative added.
Best thing I heard out of her. Now is she going to resign or quit the election??????

It looks like Speaker Johnson is growing into the Speakers job.. yes, he is pushing the GOP agenda but he also realizes that sometimes he has to just run the country.. the continuing spending bill passed 341-82 so it was more than Johnson and his new Dem BFFs.. 341-82 sounds like the bill is what the country wanted.. a compromise majority..

I like that word - compromise. I think our Reps at times forget that's part of their job. Regardless of political partisanship, our country relies upon our politicians to attend to business.

In my state, many women do not have middle names. They're expected to use their premarital last name as their new married middle name. Hence, Wifey and her sister were not given middle names. Wifey, not one for tradition, kept her maiden name. Most of the people we worked with assumed we weren't married.
