    When I was a kid in Placerville CA, we'd head to the airport and watch the borate bombers reload. In Columbia CA, we were right in the fire's path and our house was dusted - yet it all worked out.

    It's not as easy as it looks. Coordinating multiple agencies and keeping everyone safe is a lot of work. To successfully fight such a fire without any Firefighters dying is an admirable task.

    Bingo, they were transferred (8 Planes) from USCG (retired) retrofitted, upgraded and given to Cal Fire
