Fresh Pasta
2 cups of 00 Pasta Flour, 3 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon of salt, Mix and kneed in the mixer. Roll into a thin log, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes. Run the dough through the pasta machine, cut to desired length. Let dry on parchment paper. Refrigerate until used.
