I don't understand politicians who refuse to concede when it is inevitable they are going to lose the race. Senator up in Pennsylvania doing the same thing. One of the election officials in Pennsylvania went so far to say that they didn't care what the law was they were going to count illegal ballots anyway. So it goes.
