Define terrorist.
while I agree with Maddow that these are not American ideals (which libs all argued against in GWB whse era) and they are bad precedent for our justice system this in no way validates the FEMA camp crap because you didn't likely make that call when terrorists 1st began arriving at Guantanamo bay. But ask yourself how many conservatives have posted furiously about Gitmo releasees committing acts of terror against the US or our allies after we let them out? So unless you can show me where you've come out in favor of trials and justice for al Qaeda ... shrug

The Bundys and their accomplices are on trial now. The jury is in deliberation and apparently has reached verdicts on some individuals and some charges but not others. It is currently in the third day. The worst residue of this is that we lost our friend Blaze over it

Well they were just found not guilty....
PORTLAND, Ore. – The leaders of an armed group who seized a national wildlife refuge in rural Oregon were acquitted Thursday in the 41-day standoff that brought new attention to a long-running dispute over control of federal lands in the U.S. West.
A jury found brothers Ammon and Ryan Bundy not guilty a firearm in a federal facility and conspiring to impede federal workers from their jobs at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, 300 miles southeast of Portland where the trial took place. Five co-defendants also were tried one or both of the charges.

Jury nullification. People in the West resent the high-handedness of the Feds who own and control far too much in the West. The jury members in Oregon know what the Feds did in screwing over the ranchers there and this is a red-letter message confirming what they think. Won't stop them though.

President Trump yesterday pardoned the two ranchers. Dwight & Steven Hammond, of the bogus arson charges leading to their convictions, which started this imbroglio.

Good for him and hopefully the overreaching gestapo of government will be halted.
