A new Statesman has risen from the swamp

South Carolina senator Lindsey Graham showed what a real Statesman is today he stood up before this country and he stated his beliefs and he stated it in a raw emotional form you don't have to agree with him you don't even have to think that he did the right thing but you can't disagree that the man brought it and he brought it big time

That may well have been his grandest moment, but he used it with great effect. Definitely needed to be said.

I think it was needed and well said.

I applaud him for his dressing down of the Senate, I thought he did an excellent job and everything he said was long overdue. As much as I have disagreed with him in the past, my hat is off to him today.

Every camera in the country was there and and turned on. There was no chance in hell Lindsey Graham would not be turned on in front of them too. I’m shocked Chuck Schumer did not find a way there too.

I found it interesting that Grassley wouldn't use rule 19 to stop the attack upon a fellow senator. But of course that's only been used in modern times against a woman to protect the good name of a man. Graham looked oddly frightened when addressing the press. I was embarrassed for him and I think Trump might actually be blackmailing him.

You need help, this committee has become a laughing stock over all of this. The way those clowns acted at the first confirmation hearing was enough to show that all of them do not belong in such a serious position. Spartacus and the rest of his clowns needed a good ass chewing, they need to be replaced not only on this committee, but in their Senate seats. Graham was pissed at the circus plain and simple and he let it be known, they all were a bit more subdued after his outburst and you could see the deflation in their demeanor's. He attacked the idea and the plan that the Senators had, never mentioning anybody by name. If Graham looked uncomfortable at all it was probably because he did not have enough room in his tighty whiteys to accommodate his new found balls, and he was walking bow legged.

Please make up my mind, first you say that Trump is such an imbecile and a stupid fool that he can't even zip up his own pants, yet now he is capable of blackmailing a sitting Senator to the point where he gets in front of something like this and throws a curve ball in the Dems plans. Pick a side and stay on it, Trump is either a complete moron or a genius.

Women, poor women, is that all you got? You hate all men, that much is apparent, but women are represented in all aspects of American govt and life. Just because everything does not always go their way only means that they are just as equal to the men. Winning does not happen all of the time just because you are of one sex. Need a change, become a muslim and see how really bad women have it it that culture.

Grassley didn't invoke rule 19 because there was no attack on a fellow senator, just Truth.

If there were going to be any reprimands, after the interruptions that the Dems made, the disrespect that they showed and the complete breakdown they had before the start of the first hearing, coupled with the constant disruptions and games , that is where some action should have been taken. Speaking of women, how about the dirty underhanded trick that Dianne Feinstein, a woman, tried to pull by getting and working with the accuser in this instance and not telling any of the other members of the committee anything at all about it. Should that not have been brought up immediately? No, she tried to use it for political gain, which at the very least is unethical. Kamala Harris, the one who slept her way to the top, with a married man, no less, has no reason to even utter a word.

I truly think that this vagina hat brigade, socialist/communist agenda that is being put forth by the very radical left, is going to be short lived. Main street Dems are realizing they are not being represented and will adjust their votes accordingly. Sometimes you just have to smell the fumes being emitted from the outhouse before you realize that it looked like a good spot to put it, when in reality it was way to close to the dinner table.

Feinstein came under accusation for the leak of the woman’s identity who wrote a letter passed to her and which demanded confidentiality. She responded that she would never do such a thing nor would her staff. When asked if she quizzed her staff about it, she said she did not need to do such a thing. At that point my wife and I looked at each other and in unison said, “Of course, why would anyone who employed a Red Chinese spy as her driver for a decade question that a staff member would go off the reservation?”

You've said that before Tex and I hope your right, to me it looks like the "Main street Dems" are as friggin loony as their leaders. Some of the stuff going on from both sides of the isle is just plain crazy and is being supported even when illegal from the ranks. One no longer hears about America and whats being done to make us great again all we hear about is senate and house perverts, thief's, adulators, past crimes, current crimes, treasonous meetings and on and on. Opinions, policy and debate are all centered around hate but that's how we are any more, what should we expect? It's a sad state of affairs.

Yes, if the news reported all of the good that is actually happening the Dems would have nothing but illegals and kooks in their ranks....actually that is about what they have in there now. They are losing the black vote little by little. You can only keep these people down for so long, it is just another method of slavery, only it is now called welfare.
