The principal charge against Trump by Democrats is that he used government resources to gather derogatory information on his political opponent, yet Adam Schiff has unilaterally done exactly that using his power of subpoena to gather the phone records of his counterpart on his Intelligence Committee and the President’s personal attorney and at least one journalist for his personal political advantage without yielding the same reciprocal power for Nunes to capture his, Schiff’s, own telephone records.

Hypocrisy on steroids.

According to Nunes, Schiff issued the secret subpoenas without ever identifying the targets and giving any opportunity to respond or object, then released the telephone logs in his public referral to the House Judiciary Committee.
