    spicy but good

    OOOh this is good. Andoule Sausage, Chicken, Prawns, Red Beans, brown Rice, Garlic, Stewed tomatoes, Red Onion,Collard Greens, Diced Habanero pepper, Chipotle Powder, salt and pepper

    There's not a thing in that dish that I don't like. It looks extremely tasty

    I like everything in the pot. But, tossing it altogether just seems wrong. I'll pass.

    BTW, it is spelled "Andouille". You can make a mess of good Cajun sausage, but at least you can spell it right.

    I get protective of good Cajun food wrongly prepared.
