    The forecast for Marco has changed so frequently and so dramatically it amazes me. I have never seen such a fickle forecast as that of the past few days. Every time I feel relief, the forecast changes again.

    It's encouraging to me that several very expensive helicopters are being moved out of the storms' paths to what is thought to be safer ground here in Conroe......Ben

    We're in drought status this year. But, last year was pretty good and filled our reservoirs. So, we've got enough water this year.

    The latest (4pm cdt) forecast is really good for my Houston area house and my East Texas country house. I liked the rain possibilities for East Texas, but I am willing to forgo the rain here in exchange for the weather forecast in the Houston area.
