Saw a lot of 'em up in Alaska the last few weeks. Yeah, they can lift about 15 pounds, but they also can get their claws stuck in larger fish and drown. As a result, some of the fish caught have eagle talons stuck in them. Now, I've never seen that personally, but guides I've had in Alaska swear it's true.
